Return & Cancellation

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please note that most of our products are handwoven and available in limited quantities. Due to the delicate nature of pure fabrics and intricate weaves, cancellations, returns, or exchanges can only be accommodated in exceptional cases.

Cancellations

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before shipment, provided no tassels and/or fall pico have been added at your request.

  2. Only unstitched garments (saris, stoles, dupattas) are eligible for cancellation.

    • Fabrics and stitched apparel/garments cannot be cancelled.

  3. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

  4. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  5. If cancelled before shipment:

    • You will receive store credit equal to the order value for future purchases, OR

    • If you request a refund, bank/payment gateway charges and delivery charges (both sides) will be deducted.

  6. Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

  7. Refunds are processed only after a quality check of returned products.

  8. Refunds apply to product value only, not shipping charges.

Returns

  1. Returns are accepted only in cases of:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Incorrect items dispatched

  2. An unboxing video is required for damaged product claims.

  3. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and bill intact.

  4. Sale items are non-refundable.

  5. Apparel/garments and fabrics cannot be returned.

  6. Return requests must be emailed within 24 hours of delivery to:

  7. If the parcel appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept or open it. Contact immediately:

  8. Photos of damaged packaging must be shared within 12 hours of receiving the parcel.

  9. After approval, the product must be shipped back in original packaging within 5 days.

  10. Returns are processed within approximately 7 working days.

  11. Refund options:

    • Store credit (full refund value), or

    • Refund to original payment method (return shipping charges and stocking fee may apply).

Exchanges

    1. Exchanges are allowed only if the product is damaged and no tassels or fall pico customization was requested.

    2. Apparel made-to-order and fabrics cut from yardage cannot be exchanged.

    3. Customers are responsible for customs duties (if applicable) on international exchanges.

    4. Overseas exchanges require payment of both forward and return shipping charges.
