Shipping & Delivery Policies

Domestic :

1. Shipping within India is calculated as per weight of the parcel
2. Shipping is free on purchases above INR 5,000
3. Orders are delivered within  7 working days. Unless addons are selected for the product. 
4. Orders may be delayed due to either act of god or transportation problem
5. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at orders@joyeekolkata.com within 2 hours of placing the order.

International :

1. Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during check out depending on the order value and dimensions and weight of the parcel
2. Any custom charges (if applicable) or VAT has to be borne by the customer
3. Our delivery partner will be selected as per the delivery location
4. Orders will delivered within 10 -15 days based on the location. Unless addons are selected for the product. 
5. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at orders@joyeekolkata.com within 2 hours, of placing order.
6. Orders may be delayed due to either act of god or transportation problem
7. We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
